ISO Class 4 (Class 10) Cleanroom
Inside our state-of-the-art ISO Class 4 (Class 10) cleanroom, where our GMP trained operators are packing BioClean products. Our cleanroom is certified annually by NEBB and has over 550 complete changes of air per hour.

All pouches are ISO Class 4 (Class 10) compliant and all batch and lot printing is carried out in our cleanroom with IPA resistant ink.

Deionised & UV Water
Treatment Plants
A section of out UV filtered water treatment plant which supplies the 18 Megohm deionised water used for washing BioClean products.
ISO Class 4 (Class 10) Air Handling Units
Our ISO Class 4 (Class 10) roof. For reasons of efficiency our cleanrooms have been sectioned into 5 areas, each one serviced by its own air handling unit. The clearooms are positivly presurised to ensure particals are kept out.
State-of-the-art Cleanroom
Washer/Dryer System
A section of the bank of washers and dryers that feed our ISO Class 4 (Class 10) cleanroom. The air intake of each dryer is fitted with a HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Air) filter rated 99.99% efficient with particles 0.3 microns and larger in diameter.
Our Laboratory
Inside the laboratory one of our technicians conducts LPC (Liquid Particle Count) batch testing on our cleanroom gloves. Testing is carried out under an ISO Class 4 (Class 10) laminar flow hood to ensure the samples do not become contaminated.
Ionic and Anionic Testing
Fully certified and calibrated ionic and anionic tester unit tabulate and report all key results. Our lab uses only top of the range equipment to sustain great accuracy.
Autoclave Testing
We conduct routine tests on BioClean reusable garments and autoclavable goggles.
Here one of our technicians is running 121 degree Celsius steam sterilization tests for 30 minute intervals to monitor the longeverty of our autoclave goggles and its components.
Climate Monitored Warehousing
Finished BioClean product being loaded into our racking. All BioClean products are stored in our warehouse which is closely monitored to maintain consistent temperature and humidity parameters.
